COVID-19: Taiwan president apologises over outbreak among navy personnel

Taiwan President Tsai Ing-wen has apologised over a COVID-19 outbreak in the island's navy. Two admirals have been removed amid allegations of a cover-up. Twenty-eight navy personnel tested positive for the virus, just as Taiwan was celebrating a drop in cases.
