In this video I discuss how to Evaluate a Wholesale Real Estate Deal. This is one of the questions we get most often. And figuring out how to evaluate what's a deal and what's not a deal is a challenge for many new investors, it certainly was for us when we were first starting out. We've analyzed thousands of deals and walked close to a thousand properties over the past 15 years, which has given us the experience to know what's a deal and what's not a deal. The fact is most properties that come across your desk are not going to be "deals". The trick is figuring out how to discard the non-deals quickly, and focusing on the real deals that can make you money!

Being able to identify a good deal and understand what makes a good deal is one of the most important skills you can learn as an investor. It doesn't happen overnight, it comes from trial, error, practice, and experience.
