Here we have uploaded video "How to Reserve Company Name". Following is the Process to Reserve the name of Private Limited company with Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).
Step 1: Go to website www.mca.gov.in
Step 2: Click on Login & login with Credentials
Step 3: Move cursor to “MCA Services” & click on “Spice +”
Step 4: Click on “New Application”
Step 5: Spice + Part A will be opened. Here you must enter all the details related to name reservation of the proposed company.
5(a). Select Type of the company from drop down Menu. For Private Limited Company Select “New Company (Others)
5(b). Select Class of the company from drop down Menu. For Private Limited company select Private from the list.
5(c). Select Class of the company from drop down Menu. For Private Limited company select Private from the list.
5(d) Select Industrial Code form the given list
5(e) Enter two names of the proposed company in preference order.
Step 6: Click on Auto Check. MCA system will internally check your proposed names & will give you preliminary result on that basis.
Step 7: Click on Save. Confirmation message will display on website.
Step 8: Click on submit. Confirmation Alert pop will open.
Step 9: Click on "Submit for Name Reservation". Payment detail page will be open. Here you'll get Service Request Number (SRN) for this application. This SRN will be used for all the correspondence with MCA for company name approval. Check rest of the details & click on Pay
Step 10: Select the payment mode given there & click on Submit
Step 11: Final payment confirmation page will open. Click on "I Accept" & make the payment. Challan will be generated. Save challan in your record.
Step 12: You'll get email from MCA regarding name approval within one or two working days to the same email through which you have logged in to MCA website in Step 2.
