Mixed views over reducing maintenance fees at condominiums amid COVID-19 pandemic

An association representing property managers has said there is no justification for reducing maintenance fees at condominiums because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Condominiums have closed common facilities to stop people from gathering. Some residents have said that fees should be lowered.
