What I Eat In a Week - Vegetarian Marathoner I've never claimed to have a diet worth emulating, but a lot of you have been asking about how I eat and whether I count macros and what my strategies for weight loss are. So here it is, an entire week of eating.

Here is the previous installment of what I eat in a week:


I know this video is long, but it is a recap of everything I've eaten, snacks and all, for 7 full days. Also, I had some issues shooting in a new location under new lighting conditions. Sometimes, the focus is off. I apologize for that. I'll get it sorted eventually.

Also, I didn't mention it in the video, but my overall mileage for the week was about 40 miles of running and 2 hours of indoor exercise bike, for a total of about 7 hours of activity this week, which is about a 30% reduction in my moving time from usual.
