Deregulate DATA Collection: a requisite for DIGITAL Economy & LAWS should reflect the REALITY

Deregulate DATA Collection: a requisite for DIGITAL Economy & LAWS should reflect the REALITY Making the case for COMPLETE Deregulation of DATA COLLECTION & fundamental changes in the 'Privacy'
-indiscriminate and unrestricted data collection should be allowed.
Two ARGUMENTS:
1) A PREREQUISITE for the (efficient & effective) functioning and success of DIGITAL ECONOMY at the core of which lies Artificial Intelligence which feeds and relies on DATA.
2) LAWS should reflect the REALITY and must not be only a gimmick to allow BIG TECH to escape their legal liabilities. Hence, do away with the redundant and frivolous legal regulations.
P.S.: 3) Data so collected should be afforded to every or any entity working in the field of development and advancement of artificial intelligence. Competition law related issues should be addressed.
