In this video I walk you through our Ruth Stout potato growing experiment from planting to harvest. I share my thoughts, how I can improve for next year and what our final yield was. All in all this was the easiest crop I've grown in my garden this year. Harvesting took longer than planting them and I will definitely give this method another go next year!
This year we grew two varieties- Kennebec and Pontiac Red. They both did about the same for us and we plan to grow these and maybe a few other varieties next year.
