The first 3 clips are part of my warm up before training legs! Just cuz we’re working out at home doesn’t mean you should neglect warming up. Make sure it’s dynamic (keep your body moving, don’t hold a stretch) and mimic exercises you’ll be doing during your actual workout!

Warm up:
馃敼deep squat/hamstring stretch
馃敼rocking adductor stretch
馃敼lying lumbar twists
Workout: in circuit fashion. Repeat 4x
馃敼dumbbell squat - 20 reps
馃敼stationary lunges - 15 reps each
馃敼dumbbell frog pumps - til failure
馃敼banded hip thrusts - til failure (band is #tslcollection )
