The first 3 clips are part of my warm up before training legs! Just cuz we’re working out at home doesn’t mean you should neglect warming up. Make sure it’s dynamic (keep your body moving, don’t hold a stretch) and mimic exercises you’ll be doing during your actual workout!

Warm up:
🔹deep squat/hamstring stretch
🔹rocking adductor stretch
🔹lying lumbar twists
Workout: in circuit fashion. Repeat 4x
🔹dumbbell squat - 20 reps
🔹stationary lunges - 15 reps each
🔹dumbbell frog pumps - til failure
🔹banded hip thrusts - til failure (band is #tslcollection )
