The big decision of the High Court is if you are an old government employee, ie you are recruiting in two thousand one two You may know that before 2001, employees used to get extra increment on higher education. After that, as soon as the Musharraf regime started, this educational allowance was stopped.
So now let me tell you that the Peshawar High Court has decided in this regard and we are going to share the details with you. In this decision, the High Court has reinstated the additional increment on higher education which has been closed since 2001.

Advance increment on additional education was abolished in October 2001 by the Provincial Government Act And now the High Court has ordered immediate implementation of this new decision.

The Director Education has directed all the District Education Officers to implement the orders.The decision will benefit all provincial employees, including the education department, who are more educated than the education required for their position.
Finance Department.

KPK Had issued a circular on August 11, 1991 stating that if the education for a post is matriculated and the educational qualification of the employee recruited on it. BA B.Sc. Or MA. M.Sc. If so, the employee will be given two advance increments on additional education If the recruiting employee's education is MA. Or M.Sc. If so, give this employee two advance increments on FA Two BAs On B.Sc.
And then the two that are MA. On MSc Thus, six additional increments will have to be paid.

However, in October 2001, the provincial government abolished the advance increment on additional education under the Act Education department employees recently approached the Peshawar High Court, declaring the provincial government's 2001 decision illegal.

On which the Supreme Court has restored the circular of the Finance Department dated August 11, 1991. Restoring additional increments on higher education will benefit the education department as well as all provincial employees financially And the reaction of the government in this regard will be known later.
