IS BULLYING A PERSON WITH A DISABILITY CONSIDER A HATE CRIME

good morning guys
im not sure is this a hate crime if somebody harass or beat up a person with a disability call them names a hate crime. well we said it is consider as a hate crime. @school I was bullied called me the r-word and used my head as punching bag back in 1984 and which is uncalled for guys.


this is also harassment with disability advocate as myself.
this will be issued on the news on broadcast ASAP.
