The ethics and anti corruption commission is seeking to recover ksh.400 million from estama investment limited for the supply of portable clinics. The firm won a tender to supply one hundred mobile clinics at an estimated cost of one billion shillings. The ministry of health has so far paid Estama investment limited ksh.800 million, with an outstanding balance of ksh.200 million.
