The EACC to recover ksh.400M from estama investment limited for  the supply of portable clinics The ethics and anti corruption commission is seeking to recover ksh.400 million from estama investment limited for the supply of portable clinics. The firm won a tender to supply one hundred mobile clinics at an estimated cost of one billion shillings. The ministry of health has so far paid Estama investment limited ksh.800 million, with an outstanding balance of ksh.200 million. The anti graft watchdog has flagged the payments as a rip off, saying an independent valuation by eacc valuers shows the costs were inflated
