Woman pleads guilty to driving under the influence of drugs, jailed six years and fined A woman was jailed and fined after pleading guilty at the Johor Baru Magistrate Court today, Thursday, October 15th, to a charge of driving under the influence of drugs, leading to an accident which killed a Royal Malaysian Navy sailor last Saturday.

Nur Fatin Nasrah Suhaimi was accused of driving under the influence of drugs, causing her to lose control of a vehicle, leading to the death of Mohd Rizal Buseri, the driver of another car.

She was charged under Section 44(1)(a) of the Road Transport Act 1987.
