1 cup toasted, peeled hazelnuts
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/3 cup cocoa powder, ideally dutch processed
100g melted milk chocolate
2 Tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
50-100ml water
