Introduction to Buddhism as a Pragmatic System: 'Selfish Desire' and the Four Noble Truths

Introduction to Buddhism as a Pragmatic System: 'Selfish Desire' and the Four Noble Truths I am truly intrigued and genuinely intrigued by reading Buddhism as a pragmatic way to alleviate the pain and suffering of life by replacing unhealthy and unrealistic selfish desires with more healthy, realistic ones.... with not craving and comparing, and instead, accepting who, what, where, we are... and desiring a better state for all sentient beings. I'm happy to share this with you... I hope it helps.
