New handball rule only effective if it's universally applied - Shaka Hislop | ESPN FC

ESPN FC's Shaka Hislop and Alejandro Moreno react to IFAB's changes to the handball law that will take effect next season. Hislop says the law is fine and good as long as the rule is applied everywhere. Moreno adds that the rule not only needs to be universally applied, it also needs to be universally interpreted.
