We moved to a much smaller home last year! Our shop had to shrink! We now have a double rack, use a simple white canvas and a light and use our rack as the background for any live shows we do.
We started off keeping our inventory in a linen closet and only took it out when we needed. Then we expanded to a large 7 rack inventory using and entire room. I am here to tell you that the size of our inventory did not impact our sales. Amazing right? We simply move inventory into and out of the shop at a different pace than we did with a larger inventory.
