So, start your work day with a virtual Team meeting, to make them understand the need of the hour as per business and project requirements to set expectations; Do actively listen to your Team, be it in answer their questions, progress, impediments/blockers. When you and your team on same page, and team knows their scope of work and what exactly has to be delivered there are high chances that they remain productive and you remain stress-free.

This way, as a lead or manager you know how much progress is being made and how the end product or deliverable is shaping up without having to wait till the end , this again will not only reduce your stress but also will help you to share the exact authentic progress with your stockholders be it a client or sr. management….

This is the time to invest in re-skills and up-skilling not only yourself but also your teams to become future ready…this may not give you instant results but it long it will help you to grow professionally ….as your team will ready to help you in building a proof of concept or pilot a new project in niche areas like 5G, RPA, AI, Big Data, Cloud Computing when the need arises.
