Ingredients:
1 can chickpea ( remember to save the aquafaba )
1 tbsp tahini ( optional )
4-5 pickles ( depending on the size of the pickle)
1/4 cup pickle juice
1 garlic creamed
1 lemon juice
1/4 dried dill ( if you want more dill flavor you can add 1/2 tsp )
pinch of cumin
Step 1: add the chickpeas, 4 pickles, garlic, lemon, pickle juice , dried dill , pinch of cumin and if you're using the tahini add that as well and blend till everything is smooth
Step 2: taste the hummus see if it needs more pickles Also if you didn't use the tahini and it has a grainy texture this would be the time to add 1 tbsp of the aquafaba then blend again till smooth
Step 3: once it is smooth refrigerate for 1 or 2hrs and then enjoy with your favorite veggies!
