What IS Foretell?!

What if you were able to call your shot, so to speak, in Magic? What if you could predict what you'd be cast next turn? Three turns from now? Foretell lets you be your own soothsayer, and we'll walk you through the ins and outs of the rules of the Kaldhiem mechanic!

NOTE: So, yeah, Foretell is actually 702.142 in the Comp Rules. In my defense, Wizards of the Coast listed it as 702.141 in the Release Notes for Kaldhiem, which was what I used to write this. Buh.
