Foretell lets you be your own soothsayer, and we'll walk you through the ins and outs of the rules of the Kaldhiem mechanic! NOTE: So, yeah, Foretell is actually 702.142 in the Comp Rules. In my defense, Wizards of the Coast listed it as 702.141 in the Release Notes for Kaldhiem, which was what I used to write this. Buh.
