Finding closure through video calls - the family who were able to say goodbye

The family of Alex Yuen was able to find closure in his last days by talking together on video calls from his hospital bed.

Now his son Sebastian, a consultant paediatrician, has welcomed the Health Secretary's announcement that more families will be able to spend time with their relatives in their final moments. And he says that helping patients use communication tools in their last days is essential.
