Todays class is all about repetitive movements to open up the body and energise yourself. Some of the movements we do come from Kundalini Yoga and have a strengthening effect on your stamina and help you go that extra mile so to speak.
In order to this class right you need to work with your breath and not hold back. As this is a short video and we like to tap into several parts of our body, the exercises will be shorter than in for example a real life Kundalini class but the effect will stil be felt afterwards, leaving you invigorated and with nice red blush on your cheeks ;)
Focus of this class:
- opening of shoulders and upper body
- repetitive movements
- strong breath work
- self massage of the shoulders, arms, hands and fingers
